Rest assured, we will always be clear about role expectations.\n\n\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nLead and facilitate workshops to elicit, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders across all levels of the organization\nDesign, develop, and implement advanced reports, dashboards, and interactive visualizations using Microsoft Power BI, transforming raw data into clear, actionable insights\nServe as a key client-facing point of contact, attending meetings, managing expectations, and building trusted long-term relationships with client stakeholders\nGuide and mentor your team end-to-end across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, ensuring quality delivery from requirements gathering through to deployment and support\nBridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders by translating complex data findings into clear, business-relevant narratives\n\n\n\nNEEDED SKILLS\nProven experience in Business Analysis, including requirements elicitation, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management\nStrong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and report and dashboard development\nDemonstrated experience working across multiple phases of the SDLC, ideally in a delivery or project-based environment\nExcellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences\nA Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field\n\n\n\nTHESE WILL HELP YOU STAND OUT\nExperience with additional BI or data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or Azure Synapse Analytics\nFamiliarity with Agile and\/or Scrum delivery methodologies\nExposure to cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP and their integration with Power BI\nStrong analytical mindset with experience in data warehousing, ETL processes, or data governance\nPrior experience in a team lead or mentoring capacity within a project delivery environment\n\nWe are excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
