This is a technically broad and hands-on role where you work across the entire chain, from design and code to implementation, troubleshooting, and operations. You drive technical initiatives independently while working closely with development teams, architects, and security functions. An important part of the role will be creating more reusable and standardized solutions, reducing manual changes, and making it easier for development teams to work quickly and securely within the platform.\nYou'll work with Bicep, Azure DevOps, PowerShell, hub\u2013spoke networks, Azure Policy, Entra ID, AKS, and GitOps, among other things.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nFurther develop and maintain Futur Pension's Azure Landing Zone.\nBuild modular and reusable Infrastructure as Code, primarily with Bicep.\nAutomate validation and deployment through Azure DevOps.\nWork with networking, DNS, firewalls, private endpoints, and hybrid connectivity.\nDevelop governance, Azure Policy, identity, RBAC, and secure secret management.\nFurther develop the AKS platform and its shared services.\nImprove monitoring, logging, alerts, and incident readiness.\nReduce manual changes and create better control over drift between code and environment.\nCreate documentation, standards, and self-service solutions that make teams less dependent on individuals and simplify work for development teams.\nWE'RE LOOKING FOR YOU IF:\nYou have several years of current experience building and operating production environments in Azure.\nYou have deep practical experience with Bicep or other ARM-based Infrastructure as Code.\nYou have experience with Azure Landing Zones, subscriptions, and management groups.\nYou have experience with Azure DevOps, YAML pipelines, and automation with PowerShell and Azure CLI.\nYou have strong knowledge of Azure networking, for example hub\u2013spoke, routing, Private DNS, and Azure Firewall.\nYou have experience with identity, governance, and security in Azure, for example Entra ID, managed identities, RBAC, Key Vault, and Azure Policy.\nYou have practical experience with AKS or a comparable Kubernetes platform.\nYou're comfortable independently driving technical initiatives from design through to a working and maintainable solution.\nYou have strong communication skills in Swedish or English.\n\nIt's a merit if you have experience from banking, insurance, or other regulated operations. Experience with hybrid environments, ExpressRoute, or large-scale cloud migrations is also valuable, as is knowledge of Terraform, Helm, Argo CD, or GitOps.
