You report to the Director of Business Control.\nJob responsibilities\nMonitor, analyze, and report on global sales and service performance, including orders, revenues, margins, costs, and key business drivers.\nSupport forecasting, target-setting, budgeting activities, and scenario analysis.\nProvide financial insights and decision support to Sales and Service management, stakeholders, and the Director of Business Control.\nDevelop and maintain management reporting, dashboards, and business analysis that strengthen transparency and business understanding.\nDrive improvements in financial processes, data quality, and internal controls.\nEnsure compliance with internal frameworks and applicable regulations.\n\nLocation\nThe position is preferably based in Svedala, Sweden. Global collaboration and occasional travel may be required.\nYour profile\nYou bring solid experience within business control, financial planning and analysis, or commercial controlling. A strong understanding of sales and service business models helps you connect financial performance with business outcomes and provide valuable decision support.\nYour background includes\nExperience in business control with a focus on sales, service, aftermarket, or commercial operations.\nA university degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field.\nExperience with forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and performance follow-up in a global matrix organization.\nExperience analyzing financial and operational drivers across regions in an international business environment.\nGood knowledge of ERP systems, reporting tools, and business intelligence solutions.\nExcellent communication skills in English and the ability to explain financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.\n\nSuccess in this position comes from combining strong analytical capabilities with a business-oriented mindset.
