The assignment is full-time with placement at the headquarters at \u00d6stermalmsgatan in Stockholm. The opportunity for some remote work, two days per week, is available after an introductory period. Travel within Sweden may occur.\n\nYour Responsibilities\nAs a controller, in addition to traditional controller work, you will have a central role in the agency's implementation of a new financial system from Unit4 to Raindance with planned go-live at the turn of the year 2027\/2028. You will lead and drive sub-projects within the areas of budget, forecasting, monitoring, and reporting. The role includes responsibility for process development, requirements gathering, requirements specification, testing, stakeholder engagement, and training and information initiatives within your area of responsibility.\n\nA particular focus will be on developing future processes and system support for budget, forecasting, monitoring, and reporting as well as ensuring appropriate solutions for management information, analysis, and visualization of financial information. As part of the assignment, you will also contribute knowledge and recommendations regarding reporting and BI solutions to ensure efficient and long-term sustainable decision support.\n\nMain Responsibilities:\n\nProvide support to managers in operations regarding financial matters\n\nCompilation and analysis of monthly, interim, and annual financial statements\n\nDevelopment of forecasts\n\nPrepare financial reports and presentations for organizational management\n\nResponsible for specific investigations and preparation of decision support materials within your area of responsibility\n\nActively contribute to the unit's development and improvement work to create clear, appropriate, and effective processes\n\nTasks Related to Financial System Implementation:\n\nPlan and conduct training and information initiatives within your area of responsibility\n\nResponsible for requirements gathering, requirements analysis, and requirements specification related to budget, forecasting, and reporting processes\n\nEvaluate and analyze solutions for reporting, analysis, and visualization of financial information\n\nLead and drive sub-projects within the areas of budget, forecasting, monitoring, and reporting\n\nDevelop and document future processes, methods, and routines within your area of responsibility\n\nPlan, coordinate, and conduct system functionality testing\n\nCoordinate dialogue between operations, the project organization, and the system provider\n\nDevelop reporting structures, key performance indicators, and decision support for financial monitoring\n\nYour Qualifications\n\nRelevant academic degree\n\nSolid relevant professional background as a controller for at least 8 years\n\nExperience working with people in management positions\n\nDocumented experience with implementation, development, and\/or migration of financial systems\n\nExpertise in requirements gathering and specification regarding financial processes and financial systems\n\nExperience with testing or test management in connection with system implementations\n\nConsultant must have documented experience developing models for budget, forecasting, financial monitoring, reporting, and decision support\n\nExperience with BI, analysis, or reporting tools\n\nCompetence in change management related to financial processes or system implementations\n\nExperience leading workshops and collaborating with operations, managers, project organization, and system providers\n\nAs a person, you have excellent communication and collaboration skills. You have well-developed problem-solving abilities and are well-versed in processes within the field of operations.
