You will work closely with Operations Finance, Supply Chain, Controllership, and Production to ensure accurate costs, inventory valuations, and financial reporting.\nYour main responsibilities include:\nDrive and support the annual standard cost update process\nValidate cost data and implement updated standard costs in the ERP system\nCoordinate and support physical inventory counts\nAnalyze and investigate inventory variances and ensure correct inventory valuation\nParticipate in monthly closings, account reconciliations, and inventory-related analyses\nEnsure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and audit processes\nContribute to improvements in cost accounting, inventory management, and financial processes\n\nYou will be employed as a consultant at Adecco with an assignment start date of September 7, 2026, and the assignment initially runs until year-end. For the right person, there may be an opportunity for employment with the client.\nAbout you\nWe are looking for someone with several years of experience in cost accounting, controlling, or accounting from the manufacturing industry.
