Over time, you are motivated by the opportunity to take on greater responsibility and a more leading position within the area.\nYour responsibilities will include:\n\nDefining and enforcing data modeling standards, best practices and governance policies.\n\nDesigning and maintaining scalable data pipelines and optimizing ETL processes.\n\nBuilding and maintaining applications and integrations for data ingestion, transformation and delivery.\n\nDriving the shift from external-dependent delivery toward strong in-house capability.\n\nSetting the technical direction and owning key architectural decisions.\n\nEnsuring that BI is an integral part of the data platform, enabling trusted reporting, analytics and data-driven decision-making across the organization.\n\nQualifications and experience\nYou are someone who combines deep technical expertise with a natural drive to take ownership. You communicate clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders and thrive in environments where you can shape and improve things rather than just maintain them.\nYou enjoy working closely with others, sharing knowledge and helping the team grow through collaboration, curiosity and mutual respect.
