You bring a growth mindset, collaborative problem-solving skills and excel at transforming complex technical concepts into clear solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences.\nWe are looking for someone with most of the following experience and skills:\nBSc or MSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering Physics, or equivalent practical experience\nMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience architecting, developing and deploying applications or AI\/ML solutions in production environments (not just prototypes)\nStrong software engineering fundamentals with proficiency in Python and experience building scalable, maintainable codebases\nExperience building agentic AI systems \u2013 autonomous agents that reason, plan and execute tasks \u2013 and integrating them with tools, APIs and enterprise data via MCP or similar standards\nExperience designing and deploying AI\/ML solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP), including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-native production patterns\nStrong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical teams and business stakeholders\nExcellent collaboration skills and experience working with diverse teams including data scientists, engineers, and product stakeholders\n\nIt would be ideal if you also have:\nKnowledge of agent testing methodologies, performance monitoring and maintaining agent reliability in production environments\nExperience using agent development frameworks and harnesses such as LangGraph, Deep Agents, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar, including multi-agent coordination and sub-agent delegation\nExperience using agentic AI tools like Claude Code\/Cowork, OpenAI Codex\nProfessional experience working in regulated industries, e.g. banking, government, etc.\n\nWe encourage applications from candidates who are passionate about AI and meet most of these criteria.
