Our role is to provide end-to-end technology delivery and application ownership for Nordea's Group Functions, ensuring that functions such as People, Finance, Risk, Compliance and MarCom have secure, reliable and scalable technology solutions that support business operations, regulatory requirements and strategic transformation. \nMain responsibilities in this role:\n\u2022  Take ownership of the integration landscape across HR and related business domains.\n\u2022  Review existing IBM DataStage and SAP BTP integrations, including data flows, schedules, message volumes, dependencies and failure points.\n\u2022  Identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary data movement, including full-load patterns, duplicate interfaces and legacy batch processing.\n\u2022  Define and maintain a roadmap for migrating legacy integrations from IBM DataStage to SAP BTP.\n\u2022  Design, build and improve integrations using SAP BTP capabilities, especially SAP Integration Suite \/ Cloud Integration.\n\u2022  Work with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP RISE \/ S\/4HANA-related integrations, APIs, file-based transfers and event-driven patterns.\n\u2022  Establish standards for integration design, naming, documentation, monitoring, alerting and incident handling.\n\u2022  Improve operational stability by strengthening logging, observability, error handling and support procedures.\n\u2022  Work closely with external consultants, internal IT teams, architects, application owners, HR, Finance and vendors.\n\u2022  Secure knowledge transfer from external parties and reduce long-term dependency on third-party vendors.\n\u2022  Support audits, compliance, access control and security requirements relevant to a regulated financial institution.\n\u2022  Act as a senior advisor on integration architecture, integration governance and platform evolution.\nWho you are\nThis is the right role for you if you have strong hands-on experience and the ability to lead technical change in a complex enterprise environment.\nYour background and skills include:\n\n\n\u2022  Solid experience with enterprise integration architecture and integration lifecycle management.\n\u2022  Hands-on experience with SAP BTP, preferably SAP Integration Suite.\n\u2022  Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations, APIs and HR data flows.\n\u2022  Experience with integration patterns such as batch, real-time, event-driven, API-led and file-based integrations.\n\u2022  Strong understanding of REST, SOAP, OData, XML, JSON, SFTP, certificates, OAuth and related security concepts.\n\u2022  Experience reviewing and improving existing integrations, not only building new ones.\n\u2022  Ability to analyse high-volume message flows and identify unnecessary, inefficient or risky integration patterns.\n\u2022  Experience with monitoring, alerting, logging, error handling and operational support of integrations.\n\u2022  Ability to create clear technical documentation, interface specifications and migration roadmaps.\n\u2022  Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\u2022  A pragmatic mindset: able to balance target architecture with business continuity and delivery constraints. \nIt would be ideal if you also have experience with:\n\u2022  IBM DataStage or migration away from legacy ETL platforms.\n\u2022  SAP RISE \/ S\/4HANA integration scenarios.\n\u2022  Enterprise HR and Finance integration landscapes.\n\u2022  Banking, financial services or other regulated environments.\n\u2022  API Management, Event Mesh, SAP BTP Cockpit, Cloud Connector or related SAP BTP services.\n\u2022  Data privacy, access governance and audit requirements.\n\u2022  Integration cost optimization and message-volume reduction.\nWhat we offer\nCollaboration.
