As a Senior IT Analyst, you'll play a valuable role in providing high quality, business critical and reliable service.\nThis role is based in Stockholm, Sweden.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nOperate, maintain and improve our primary B2B integration platform.\nContinuously improve monitoring of the technical platform as well as data flows.\nCapacity and performance management.\nAutomate manual operations.\nHandle incidents and participate in problem investigations.\nAct as the 3rd line support and the escalation point to the vendor.\nWork closely with our developers adopting DevOps practices.\nOnboarding of new B2B partners or internal systems, doing technical assessments\n\nTo succeed in this role, we believe that you are:\nSelf-driven, communicative, team player with good understanding of critical enterprise environments and importance of operational stability\nAble to stay calm, focused and work rationally under pressure\n\nYour experience and background:\nExperience with SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite.\nTechnical knowledge and experience of communication and file transfer protocols: SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS.\nKnowledge of digital certificates and file\/message integrity.\nLinux and container skills.\nScripting and automation skills e.g. bash, Python, Ansible.\nMonitoring tools skills e.g. Splunk, Grafana.\nGood understanding of distributed systems.\nUnderstanding of databases and basic SQL skills.\nExperience of B2B integration.\n\nAdditional skills that would be an advantage:\nExperience with Splunk, AppDynamics, Jira, Confluence, Git\/Bitbucket, Bamboo.\nKnowledge about file messages\/filetypes used in banking sector.\nKnowledge about additional protocols: SWIFT, MQ.\nKnowledge about webservices.\n\nIf this sounds like you, get in touch!\nNext steps\nSubmit your application no later than 25\/08\/2026.
