The consultant will be responsible for managing ongoing IT initiatives and leading the replacement of an existing application suite.\nThe role involves working closely with internal IT teams and relevant stakeholders, planning and coordinating activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring that the project is delivered within agreed requirements and timelines.\nThe consultant is expected to work independently, proactively identify improvements, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and contribute to successful project delivery.\nMain responsibilities\nLead and coordinate IT projects and initiatives.\nManage the replacement of an existing application or system environment.\nPlan, follow up and report project progress.\nCoordinate activities with different IT teams and stakeholders.\nConduct investigations of IT systems and IT environments.\nPrepare decision-making and project documentation.\nEnsure that the assignment remains within agreed scope and requirements.\nApply agile ways of working.\nCommunicate project status, risks and progress to relevant stakeholders.\n\nRequirements\nMinimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management.\nMinimum 3 years of experience conducting investigations of IT systems and IT environments.\nExperience preparing decision-making documentation.\nStrong knowledge of Agile working methods.\nVery good Swedish and English, both spoken and written.\nSwedish citizenship.\nAbility to work independently and proactively.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience with IT system\/application replacement projects.\n\nAdvantageous experience\nExperience managing projects related to procurement under LOU.\nExperience in Change Management.\nPrevious experience working with large IT environments or complex system replacement projects.\n\nOther information\nThe assignment is mainly remote. At the beginning of the assignment, approximately 1\u20132 weeks of on-site work in Lule\u00e5 is expected. Thereafter, approximately 2\u20133 on-site visits every six months may be required, with each visit lasting around 2\u20133 days.
