You will define what needs to be in place, when it is needed, and how it supports each stage of the company's development.\nYou will drive and coordinate this work across the organization, creating practical structures that help leaders anticipate future needs, close competence gaps, support employee development, and reduce risks related to critical capabilities and knowledge.\nThis is both a strategic and hands-on role. You will set the direction, establish fit-for-purpose processes, and support leaders in applying them.
