You will join a centralized team with end-to-end responsibility for the development, maintenance, and support of our Product Master Data Management solution.\nOur solution is business-critical and widely used across the bank, which means you will work in close collaboration with a broad network of stakeholders from many different areas. Together, the team takes collective responsibility for the full lifecycle of our applications, from development and continuous improvement to maintenance and support.\n \nTo succeed in this senior role, you bring:\nExtensive experience in COBOL development, preferably within large-scale financial or enterprise environments\nDeep expertise in COBOL and mainframe ecosystems, including SQL, JCL, DB2, OPC, and IDz, with the ability to make sound architectural and technical decisions\nA strong sense of ownership and accountability, driving the design, documentation, and development of robust, high-quality solutions that stand the test of time\nProven experience taking end-to-end responsibility for the full software development lifecycle, including long-term support, maintenance, and continuous improvement\nThe ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, business-critical environment, where you support an enabling area with around 50 dependent systems.
