You work independently with diagnostics, service, and repairs, and you're also involved in planning and preparing workshop operations.\n\nIn this role, you'll have many points of contact and collaborate closely with workshop colleagues and other departments at Kvdbil. As a senior mechanic, you'll also be an important part of creating structure and efficient work methods in daily operations.\n\nYou will, among other things:\n\nPerform troubleshooting using diagnostic tools\n\n\nCarry out service work and repairs with a focus on high quality\n\n\nQuote workshop work\n\n\nSchedule workshop tasks in the Winassist workshop system\n\n\nContribute to efficient work methods\n\n\nThe work is initially based at our facility in \u00c5kersberga. In spring 2027, operations will move to a completely new and state-of-the-art facility in Bro, just outside Stockholm.\n\nThe move gives you the opportunity to be part of an exciting development journey and benefit from a workshop with new workflows and improved conditions for diagnostics, service, and repair. The new test hall with dual flows also creates excellent opportunities to work efficiently and in an organized manner.\n\nWe're Looking for You With:\n\nVehicle technology education or equivalent experience\n\n\n4-5 years of experience with troubleshooting, service, and repair of various vehicles\n\n\nGood knowledge of diagnostic tools\n\n\nGood knowledge of modern vehicle technology\n\n\nClass B driver's license (additional licenses are a merit)\n\n\nGood ability to read and understand technical documentation in Swedish\n\n\nBasic computer skills for documentation and use of workshop systems\n\n\nIt's a merit if you have experience with the Winassist workshop system, but it's not required.\n\nPersonal Qualities\nTo thrive and succeed in this role, you're committed, take responsibility, and are solution-oriented. You work independently and in an organized manner, while also being good at collaborating and communicating with others.
