An excellent opportunity to build a career.\nYour Responsibilities\nIn this role, you will be an important bridge between business and technology and will, among other things:\nDevelop and maintain BCM frameworks, processes, and governance documents, and conduct Business Impact Analysis and risk assessments.\nEnsure that continuity, security, and compliance requirements are integrated into IT and security processes.\nDevelop and improve IAM and Identity Governance processes, including roles, permissions, and access reviews.\nContribute to Zero Trust, cloud security, and Zscaler-related initiatives.\nCollaborate with business owners, IT, security, architecture, and operations on risk, access, and continuity.\nLead workshops, drive change initiatives, and report on risks, status, and improvement suggestions.\n\nYour Profile\nWe are looking for someone with experience in BCM, governance, IAM, or operational resilience who thrives working in complex organizations.\nWe would like to see that you have:\nExperience establishing and developing processes and governance models.\nSolid understanding of IAM, information security, risk management, and compliance.\nExperience collaborating across business, IT, security, and architecture.\nAbility to lead workshops and translate strategic requirements into practical solutions.\nExcellent communication skills in Swedish and English.\n\nMeritorious qualifications include experience with Zscaler, Zero Trust, Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, SAML\/OIDC\/SCIM, IGA solutions such as Omada or SailPoint, and Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
