The focus is on larger maintenance and development projects within our property portfolio. You have overall responsibility for the projects' schedules, budgeting, and quality, and work closely with both internal colleagues, consultants, contractors, and other external stakeholders. In this role, you are responsible for procurement according to the Public Procurement Act (LOU).\nYour Main Responsibilities\nConduct feasibility studies, design, and project completion\nDevelop, analyze, and present decision-making materials\nCoordinate and manage internal and external contacts during project implementation\nServe as technical advisor for maintenance and development of existing properties\n\nYou are also expected to contribute to the development of our work methods and ensure high quality in our project deliveries.\n \nWho Are You?\nWe are looking for someone with relevant higher education in construction, real estate, or related fields, or who has acquired equivalent knowledge through work experience. You have solid experience managing construction or real estate projects and are comfortable taking significant responsibility throughout the project process. You work in a structured manner, are confident in your expertise, and have the ability to build trusting relationships with both colleagues and external partners. We would like you to have experience with procurement according to LOU as well as good knowledge of contract law, AB, and ABT. You have good computer skills, and if you also have knowledge of CAD, budgeting, or energy and environmental matters, that is a plus.
