In your work you will act as a sounding board for those responsible for various security areas as well as act as an advisor and support to managers and staff at the authority.\nAs the role involves close contact and cooperation with different parts of the National Board of Health and Welfare's departments, you need to have good ability to collaborate, coordinate and you have a working style that is communicative, attentive and constructive. You are pedagogical and have good knowledge of security compliance legislation and its practical application.\n \nAs a security compliance officer you have good judgment, high security awareness and a good ability to understand how regulations and laws affect the entire authority's operations.\n \nWe are looking for someone who has\nrelevant university\/college degree or equivalent competence acquired in another way that the National Board of Health and Welfare deems relevant.\nmultiple years of current practical experience in security compliance work\nvery good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish.\n\nIt is meritorious if you have\ncurrent experience working with security compliance at a government agency in a similar role\ncurrent security compliance training\nclearance competence\n\nGood to know\nThe employment is a permanent position that begins with a probationary period of six months.
