You will not only ensure that systems work today, but also help shape how security work should develop as operations grow.\n About the role As Senior Security Technician, you will be one of the leading resources in the development of physical security at our Borl\u00e4nge campus. Together with the team, you are responsible for the operation, maintenance and development of security systems including access control systems, CCTV, perimeter protection, burglar alarms, fire alarms and suppression systems in an operation where security and availability are business-critical.\nThe role combines technical responsibility with a broader security perspective. You will work with risk management, incident follow-up, improvement initiatives and development of routines and processes. At the same time, you serve as an important contact person for contractors, security providers, customers and internal functions on security-related matters.\nYou also play a central role in fire protection work, including systematic fire protection work (SBA), monitoring of fire and suppression systems, and coordination with authorities and external parties on preparedness and risk management.\nOperations in Borl\u00e4nge continue to grow, which means you have the opportunity to influence how the security function develops going forward. We are therefore looking for someone who wants to combine operational responsibility with a more long-term security perspective, take a natural expert role in the field and help develop security systems, working methods and processes in line with operational needs.\n\nYour main responsibilities\n\nManage the operation, maintenance and further development of technical security systems\n\n\nServe as a technical specialist in access control, CCTV, burglar alarms, perimeter protection and fire systems\n\n\nDrive and develop systematic security and fire protection work\n\n\nIdentify risks and conduct risk analyses and security assessments\n\n\nFollow up on incidents, deviations and security-related events and drive corrective actions\n\n\nTake a leading role in the installation, upgrading and commissioning of new security systems\n\n\nCoordinate and follow up on contractors, installers and security providers\n\n\nContribute to audits, customer reviews and security-related customer discussions\n\n\nDevelop processes, routines and working methods for a growing data center operation\n\n\nProvide support and serve as a knowledge resource for colleagues in the security field\n\n\n\nWho are you?
