Huddig is an important part of the operation and an area where the company has significant expertise and wants to continue developing.\nAbout the role\nAs a Service Technician\/Workshop Technician you will primarily work in the workshop in Trollh\u00e4ttan with service, troubleshooting, and repair of construction equipment.\nThis is a broad mechanic role where the work can vary greatly from day to day. You need to be able to tackle a technical problem, troubleshoot to find the cause, and find a working solution. The work includes both mechanics, hydraulics, and electrical systems, and since the workshop also works with custom solutions, you may sometimes need to think outside standard solutions and, for example, adapt or build your own brackets and component solutions.\nYou will, among other things:\nperform service, maintenance, and repairs of construction equipment\ntroubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems\ndiagnose faults and independently find appropriate solutions\nwork with repairs, modifications, and custom adaptations\nperform preventive maintenance\ndocument completed work\nhave some contact with customers in connection with work on their equipment\nwork closely with colleagues in the workshop, parts, and sales.\n\nThe position is primarily workshop-based. For those who also enjoy working on-site with customers, there is potential for a more combined role with both workshop work and field service.\nWho are we looking for?\nAbove all, we are looking for someone who has worked a few years as a mechanic or service technician and who today feels confident independently troubleshooting and repairing machinery.\nThe most relevant background is experience with construction equipment, but we are also open to those who, for example, have worked with agricultural machinery, trucks, buses, or other heavy vehicles and thereby built up broad technical expertise.\nWe see that you have\nseveral years of experience as a mechanic or service technician, preferably around five years or more\nexperience with construction equipment or other heavy machinery\/vehicles\ngood mechanical understanding\nknowledge of hydraulics and hydraulic troubleshooting\nknowledge of electrical systems and electrical troubleshooting\nability to read and understand technical documentation and diagrams\nB driving license\ngood knowledge of Swedish.\n\nIf you have worked with Huddig, that is highly advantageous.
