You will be part of the Real Estate & Facility Management (RE&FM) organization. You will work most of the time from the office in Arenastaden, Solna, but may also need to support operations at other locations within the region.\nKey Responsibilities\nIn this role, you will, among other things:\nManage daily operations of properties and technical systems.\nMonitor deliveries, costs, and quality within your area of responsibility.\nWork with operational budgets and cost tracking together with vendors.\nEnsure delivery according to agreed KPIs, OPIs, and SLAs.\nManage, monitor, and develop external operations contractors.\nCollaborate with property owners and their operations contractors.\nBe the operational contact point for operations and internal clients.\nDrive continuous improvements in operations and property management.\nContribute to smaller projects and technical assignments.\nRead and understand drawings and technical documentation.\nProvide clear information about planned work in Swedish and English.\nContribute to cost-effective, high-quality, and sustainable operations.\n\nWe Are Looking for You If You Have\nMultiple years of experience in technical facilities management and property operations.\nStrong understanding of technical systems such as HVAC, heating, ventilation, cooling, electrical, and security.\nExperience with budget work, cost tracking, and financial management.\nExperience with KPI\/OPI monitoring and SLA management.\nGood ability to read drawings and technical documentation.\nExcellent Swedish and English in speech and writing.\nDriver's license (Category B).\n\nFor Success in This Role, We Believe You Are\nIndependent, responsible, and solution-oriented.
