You work together with your team to ensure high quality in both service and social services, where every task is important for service users' security and well-being.\nYour main work tasks:\nPlan the day's tasks together with colleagues.\nPerform service tasks in ordinary housing, such as cleaning and laundry.\nFood handling and shopping.\nPre- and post-work related to meals.\nWaste management in homes and facilities.\nHelp with deliveries and goods handling in the operation.\nMaintenance of storage areas and work clothes, including laundry.\nWhen time permits, assist with maintenance of vehicles and bicycles.\n\nThe assignment is adapted based on the operation's needs and the employee's competence.\nYou work according to Region Gotland's mandate and regulations.
