We would prefer that you live in Scania with a good geographic location for the district.\nThe work involves regular travel within your district, Monday through Friday, and you have access to a service vehicle with the equipment you need.\nYour Responsibilities\nIn this role, you will work with:\n\nService, maintenance, and troubleshooting of air purification equipment\n\n\nFilter changes according to customer agreements\n\n\nInstallation of new systems\n\n\nPre-installations and risk assessments\n\n\nCustomer dialogue regarding placement, use, and equipment needs\n\n\nSimple technical repairs, such as motor replacements\n\n\nPlanning and coordination of your own service assignments\n\n\nWhat We Offer\nAt Zehnder, you will have an independent role with great freedom to plan your work. You will be part of a nationwide service team with technicians at multiple locations in Sweden. The team collaborates on larger customer projects and meets regularly through meetings, conferences, and joint activities.\nYour Profile\nWe are looking for someone who is practically minded, service-oriented, and enjoys meeting customers. This is a role for you if you are comfortable with practical service work, installations, basic technical skills, and close customer contact. We believe you have a background as a service technician, installation technician, carpenter, mechanic, tradesperson, or from another practical profession. What matters is that you have a technical interest, basic understanding of electrical systems, and a desire to learn more.\nAs a service technician, you are often the company's face to the customer, which makes your personal qualities particularly important. You need to be able to communicate professionally, build trust, and convey information that helps the customer make the right decisions about service, maintenance, and future actions.\nRequirements for the Position:\n\nClass B driver's license\n\n\nGood knowledge of Swedish and English\n\n\nSome form of technical or practical professional background\n\n\nInterest in technology and practical problem-solving\n\n\nAbility to work independently and plan your day\n\n\nExperience with, or willingness to work in, a field-based position\n\n\nGood interpersonal skills and professional customer service\n\n\nIt is advantageous if you have a lift certificate, forklift certificate, experience with service or installation work, good IT skills, or previous experience working with customers in the field.
