For the customer, you'll be the most important person because you'll solve their problems. You can expect customer visits and you'll independently handle service interventions on CNC machines. Install new machines and commission them. Diagnose faults and restore machines to working condition. Perform maintenance, adjustments, and mechanical repairs. Check machine accuracy and fine-tune their operation. Communicate with the customer directly on site (become the face of TGS during customer visits).
