In this role, you will combine teaching adult students with administrative responsibilities and collaboration with SFI programs in Berg, Br\u00e4cke, and Ragunda.\nThis is a fixed-term position with the possibility of a permanent contract. The position is 60\u201380 percent depending on your competency profile, with start date as soon as possible.\nYour Future Responsibilities\nYou will teach adult students with different educational backgrounds, experiences, and educational levels. Teaching within SFI focuses on second language learning at a basic level and is based on students' needs and circumstances.\nIn your work, you will plan, implement, and follow up on instruction. You will work closely with colleagues, study and career counselors, and other stakeholders, such as various municipal agencies. You will also participate in collaboration forums for SFI between the municipalities of Berg, Br\u00e4cke, and Ragunda.\nDistance teaching within the federation's member municipalities may be part of the role and will be conducted from the school.
