At the same time, you work with order and structure without hampering productivity, and contribute to smarter, safer, and more efficient work practices in an organization vital to society.\n\nYou have operational responsibility for collaboration with the Service Delivery Manager and administration leaders for end-user services, and act as a binding force between the organization's needs and technical possibilities.\n\nThe role includes, among other things, that you:\n\nMaintain and implement governing principles for information classification, retention, and compliance with DLP regulations.\n\nCoordinate requirements and change management together with relevant stakeholders such as Data Governance, DPO, Cyber and Corporate Security, and IT vendors in line with the organization's needs and technical development.\n\nPlan and conduct training and user support around Microsoft 365 to increase IT maturity and increase platform utilization.\n\nWork closely with both IT and operational business, where needs vary and the role becomes both varied and creative.\n\nWho are you? We see that you have:\n\nAcademic education in IT or equivalent work experience\n\nExcellent knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written\n\nExperience with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 in large organizations\n\nGood understanding of Purview, information management, classification, retention, and DLP\n\nExperience developing and implementing governing principles for information management and regulatory compliance\n\nKnowledge of legal requirements such as GDPR and NIS2\n\nAbility to work cross-functionally between IT, security, and operations\n\nExperience planning and conducting training and user support within Microsoft 365\n\nMeritorious:\n\nExperience with alternative solutions to Microsoft 365\n\nKnowledge of ITIL, ServiceNow, and PM3\n\nExperience with IT requirements management\n\nRelevant Microsoft 365 certifications\n\nAs a person, you are structured, communicative, and pedagogical.
