Our aim is to become Sweden's very best airport hotel.\n\n\nWe are seeking an engaged and solution-oriented Shift Leader who wants to combine operational restaurant work with team leadership and greater responsibility in daily operations.\nAbout the Role\nYou work operationally in the restaurant and lead the team during your shifts. You create structure, distribute work, and ensure that together we deliver high-quality service to our guests.\nAs Shift Leader, you are also responsible for solving short-term staffing needs in cases of illness and other vacancies. You work closely with our Food & Beverage Manager, who is the responsible head of the department. This role does not include personnel management responsibility.\nYour responsibilities include:\nLeading and delegating work during your shift\nWorking operationally alongside the team\nEnsuring high quality in service and guest interactions\nSolving short-term vacancies and adjusting staffing\nSupporting and onboarding staff members\nActivelyworking on sales and guest satisfaction\nHandling ongoing beverage orders and participating in inventory\n\nWho Are We Looking For?\nWe are looking for someone with restaurant experience, ideally with previous experience as a Shift Leader, Head Waiter, or in another supervisory role. You may also have worked several years in restaurants and feel ready to take the next step and assume greater responsibility in daily operations.\nWe believe you:\nAre confident, responsible, and solution-oriented\nEnjoy leading while working operationally yourself\nCan create structure and stay calm when the pace is high\nAre service and sales-focused\nSpeak Swedish and English fluently\nHave a B-class driver's license\n\nExperience from hotel restaurants is advantageous but not required.\nWhat We Offer\nWith us, you have the opportunity to develop your leadership, restaurant operations, and service skills.
