Do you want to help lay the foundation for the world we live in?\n\nYour role\n\nAs a Mine planner with focus on fieldwork and short-term planning, you will act as a link between mine planning and daily operations. A significant part of your time will be spent underground, working closely with production teams to ensure plans are practical, achievable and aligned with operational needs. You will also contribute to medium and long-term planning by providing valuable operational insights.\n\nYou will:\n\nSupport and develop short-term mine plans in close collaboration with operations.\nConduct regular underground field visits to verify conditions and identify constraints.\nMonitor mining progress and provide planning recommendations.\nCoordinate with production teams to support safe and efficient mining activities.\nAnalyze operational data and contribute to planning across different time horizons.\nPrepare planning documentation, reports and presentations.\n\nYou will be part of a collaborative planning team where your understanding of both field conditions and planning processes has a direct impact on operational performance.\n\nWhat you bring\n\nYou are curious, structured and eager to learn. You enjoy working closely with others, take initiative and communicate effectively across different functions. With a solution-oriented mindset and strong collaboration skills, you turn operational observations into practical improvements.\n\nRequirements\n\nBachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or another relevant discipline.\nStrong interest in underground mining and mine planning.\nUnderstanding of mining operations and production processes.\nAbility to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.\nGood communication skills in Swedish and English.\nManual Category B driver's license required.\n\nMeritorious\n\nExperience from underground mining operations.\nExperience with mine planning software such as Deswik, Datamine, Vulcan or similar.\nExperience with production follow-up and data analysis.\nKnowledge of rock mechanics, mine production or operational planning.\n\nWelcome with your application!\n\nWe strive for a fair and objective recruitment process.
