All staff work from the office at Holmfastv\u00e4gen 31 in S\u00f6dert\u00e4lje.\n \nYour Responsibilities\nAs a coordinator in the social intervention group, you work with young people to prevent and hinder the establishment of crime as a lifestyle. Your work involves both coordinating interventions and providing support, motivation, and treatment conversations with young people and their caregivers. You work in close collaboration with the police authority and on assignment from social workers.\nThe position also involves convening joint meetings to collaborate with others in supporting the young person and their family (such as school meetings, SIG meetings).
