As a Treatment Assistant, you are employed to provide care and treatment. You contribute to ensuring that departmental routines function as intended. You play a significant role in providing stability and security for our clients, and you support the foundation of daily life such as cleaning, meal preparation, and more. You help maintain order and security at the institution according to our routines. Documentation is an important part of your work. You will work on building secure relationships and help ensure that our clients receive the safety and security they need to break established patterns of behavior.
