As a Treatment Assistant, you help ensure that the unit's routines function properly. You play a crucial role in providing stability and security for our youth and form the foundation of daily life, including schooling, cleaning, meal preparation, and more. You help maintain security at the institution according to our procedures. Documentation is an important part of your work. You will work on building good therapeutic relationships and ensure our youth receive the safety and security they need to break established patterns of behavior.
