We have operations in Lidk\u00f6ping and near Falk\u00f6ping.\n\nJob Description\nWe are seeking an interim unit manager for one of our satellite departments in Falk\u00f6ping. At our two departments in Falk\u00f6ping, we have admission and needs assessment (MBB) for girls. An MBB department is often the young people's first contact with compulsory care, and the focus is to stabilize the youth's situation and well-being. It requires a strong focus on trust-based and relationship-building work to break socially destructive behaviors such as crime or substance abuse.\n\nHere you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced and dedicated colleagues who are passionate about making a difference for young people.\n\nAs a unit manager, you have operational responsibility, financial responsibility, and personnel responsibility for the staff on your department. You lead, plan, implement, follow up, and develop work on the department toward established goals while maintaining overall treatment responsibility for the youth at your department.\n\nYou are part of the institution's management team and report directly to the institution manager. The position includes on-call management duties.\n\nQualifications\nAt SiS we emphasize good leadership.
