The selected candidates will be employed directly by Nordec in a permanent position.\nAs Nordec continues to strengthen its presence in Sweden and across Northern Europe, we are looking for experienced Site Managers to lead installation works on demanding construction projects.\nThis is an opportunity for an experienced site professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with people leadership, customer collaboration and hands-on project execution. In this role, you will be at the heart of project delivery, ensuring that installation activities are completed safely, efficiently and according to agreed quality and schedule targets.\nAs a Site Manager, you will act as one of Nordec's key representatives on site. You will lead installation teams and subcontractors, coordinate daily site operations and work closely with customers, project management and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\nLeading and coordinating on-site installation activities\n\nManaging site teams and subcontractors\n\nEnsuring quality, safety, schedule, cost control and productivity targets are achieved\n\nActing as the main on-site contact towards customers and stakeholders\n\nMonitoring project progress and reporting to the Project Manager\n\nResolving operational challenges and supporting efficient project execution\n\n\n\nThe role requires sound technical understanding, strong leadership capabilities and the ability to maintain productive relationships with customers, partners and site personnel in a dynamic project environment.\n\nWhat we are looking for\nWe are interested in professionals who have gained substantial experience in site management, construction management or related leadership roles within construction and industrial projects.\n\nTo succeed in the role, you have:\n\nSeveral years of experience in site management, project management or a comparable leadership position\n\nProven ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders in demanding project environments\n\nStrong understanding of construction processes, site operations and safety requirements\n\nExperience from large industrial projects, data centres or other technically demanding construction projects is considered an advantage\n\nExperience of cost control and budgeting\n\nFluent English language skills, Swedish is considered an advantage\n\nA structured, proactive and solution-oriented way of working\n\nWillingness to travel according to project requirements\n\n\n\nWhy join Nordec?\nNordec offers the opportunity to work on some of the most technically demanding construction projects in Northern Europe.
