The work is characterized by a person-centered approach where the patient is a whole person with resources, abilities, and involvement in care planning. At our two units, we care for all diagnoses and conditions occurring within psychiatry, which is why we seek a broad competency profile among our staff.\nYour Tasks\nYou are responsible for the psychiatric nursing care of inpatient patients together with nursing assistants and healthcare aides. Standard nursing tasks are included, such as rounds, medication administration, patient conversations, and documentation. On weekends and evenings, you are responsible together with another nurse for our emergency clinic, both through telephone consultation and in-person visits. \nYou always have two nurses on duty, each responsible for their own unit. During nights, you are responsible together with nursing assistants for the emergency clinic, regarding telephone consultation and clinic visits.\nWho Are You?\nYou are a licensed nurse. If you have specialist training in psychiatry, that is a merit. \nIt is also a merit if you have experience working in psychiatric 24-hour care.
