Our service area is broad and covers mental health issues that occur in children from the newborn period through the end of the teenage years. The clinic has a team consisting of counselors, psychologists, treatment assistants, nurses, physicians, special education teachers, occupational therapists, medical secretaries, physical therapists, nursing assistants, and a unit manager. The clinic is beautifully located on the hospital grounds with the green space Hospital Park nearby.\n\nJob Responsibilities\nWe are now seeking a nurse who wants to work with engaging, challenging, and important tasks where children, young people, and their families are at the center.\nAs a new employee, you will be offered an individually designed schedule for onboarding as well as an introductory training where you learn more about all activities within the psychiatry division.\nTogether with physicians, you will among other things be responsible for medical follow-ups where you meet patients. These medical follow-ups can be with patients diagnosed with, for example, ADHD, autism, depression, anxiety, sleep disorders, and\/or other conditions. Patient visits take place at the clinic or digitally via the Min V\u00e5rd app. As a nurse, you provide telephone advice via TeleQ and you also participate in assessments of new and ongoing patients. Over time, group education may also become relevant.\nWorking hours are scheduled during daytime, Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM with the possibility of flexible hours if the service allows.
