This requires flexibility and experience in both care work and social coordination as well as acute patient management.\n\nOn the infectious diseases ward, we work in pairs\u2014a nurse and a care assistant\u2014and in teams with other professionals around the patient.\n\nWe strive to offer good, person-centered care and to be a workplace where everyone has the opportunity to develop and grow. We use a wish schedule system that is then coordinated based on operational needs.\n\nYour Tasks\n\nAs a nurse, you lead the care work from a holistic perspective with the patient as the focus. You are responsible for patient care and are expected to be able to prioritize and delegate work tasks. You are ultimately responsible for medication management and care documentation. Documentation is done in the journal systems TakeCare and Lifecare SP.\n\nWho Are You?\n\nWe see that you are a licensed nurse, preferably with experience and interest in pulmonary and infectious care.\n\nIf you have taken relevant courses in the field, that is a merit. Knowledge of various respiratory support devices such as bilevel and high-flow oxygen therapy is also a merit.\n\nAs a nurse, you are empathetic and feel calm and confident in your professional role. You can work independently and as part of a team and are committed to both quality and patient safety.
