As a new employee with us, you will receive thorough introduction, foundational training, and further education within our field of operations.\nAs a nurse, you will become part of our healthcare team, which in S\u00e4vast consists of nurses, psychologists, and child psychiatrists. You will be responsible for healthcare at our facility in S\u00e4vast, with 12 placements total, working together with a nursing colleague stationed at our Kalix unit and psychology colleagues. Your work tasks include medical assessments of our young people and serving as their primary healthcare contact. In most cases, you determine whether young people need care within primary healthcare or if other healthcare contacts are necessary. In collaboration with unit staff and other professionals at the facility, you will participate in conducting assessments and substance abuse treatment. You participate in the school's student health and treatment work to contribute your healthcare expertise related to each young person. You are part of our school's student health efforts and part of the treatment team at the unit.\nWorking hours are daytime, Monday - Friday.\nQualifications\nWe are looking for someone with the ability to build trusting relationships with our young people.
