You work closely with nurses, physicians, nursing assistants, and paramedical professionals, and you have colleagues to consult with when the situation requires it.\nWe want our patients to feel safe at home even when their care needs are substantial. As a nurse, you play an important role in this.\nThis is Aleris ASIH\nAt our organization, physicians, nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, dietitians, social workers, and occupational therapists work together with a common goal \u2013 to provide safe and qualified care in the patient's home.\nWe are part of Aleris N\u00e4rsjukv\u00e5rd, which also includes specialized palliative inpatient care, basic home healthcare, Rehab Station, and Uppsala N\u00e4rakut.\nIn the Botkyrka\/Huddinge area, we operate from Tullinge and work within a defined geographic area. Between patient visits, we use environmentally classified vehicles.\nAn operation in development\nWe actively work to develop how we provide advanced home healthcare. Digital methods are a natural part of our daily work and are used to create continuity, accessibility, and more time for patients.\nWe use the journal system TakeCare and the planning and communication tool iTacih. Good computer skills are therefore important, as well as openness to new ways of working.\nAs the operation expands, we also want to leverage the expertise that exists in the group.
