You conduct medical assessments, plan and coordinate interventions, and collaborate with primary care centers, other care providers, and our call center.\nThe work gives you great opportunity to use your clinical experience and make independent decisions, while always having the support of an experienced team.\nYou work on a rotating schedule with day, evening, and weekend shifts (2 weekends out of 5).
