You will work closely with both patients and their families, where you will use and develop your skills in nursing care, medical technology, and medication management.\nYour work includes, among other things, management of central lines, drainage, medication pumps, and coordination of care measures together with other healthcare providers. You will also be an important part of planning and follow-up for our patients, who are primarily palliative patients with advanced symptoms or elderly patients with multiple diseases who require continuous follow-up and individually tailored care. The role also includes being a consultant to other parts of the healthcare system, for example with blood transfusions, drip treatments, IV antibiotic treatment, and drainage management.\nYou will be welcomed by a team with solid experience and broad expertise, where we value and support your personal confidence and development.
