Much of the work involves creating long-term and professional relationships where you get to know the patient, follow their development over time, and work together with the patient toward individual goals.\nWe are looking for someone who appreciates close patient encounters and believes it is important to understand the person behind the diagnosis. You see the value in continuity and are motivated by following patients' journeys of change.\nThe work is carried out in close collaboration with nurses, physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other professionals.
