The vision is a shared person-centered value foundation that is expressed in both patient encounters and in interactions between employees and management.\nYour Responsibilities\nAs a nurse in the mobile crisis team, you will work closely with and at the direction of inpatient care, outpatient care, and psychiatric emergency clinic. This is to quickly meet patients with more acute psychiatric issues to prevent or follow up on admissions and to broadly work with first-time psychosis onset.\nYou will work with assessments, follow-ups, and advice for patients and family members via home visits, clinic visits, and telephone contact. Part of your position will involve staffing our emergency clinic, which means you will work both in acute situations and in more planned patient visits.\nWho Are You?\nYou are a licensed nurse.
