Patients often have complex needs, which places high demands on collaboration, structure, and professionalism.\n\nWe work closely with the medical unit, emergency department, rehabilitation medicine, and outpatient care to create safe care transitions and a cohesive care pathway. The neurological mission is clear, and the work is characterized by commitment, respect, and shared learning in a multidisciplinary team.\n\n1 position(s).\n\nJOB DUTIES\nAs a registered nurse with us, you'll have varied and stimulating work where you, together with your colleagues, are responsible for patient care, treatment, and care planning.\n\nWe work person-centered and start from the patient's needs, resources, and goals. The team includes nursing assistants, physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, social workers, speech therapists, pharmacists, dietitians, and medical secretaries. Together, we create care where both patients and loved ones feel seen, secure, and involved.\n\nYou'll have support in your daily work from a coordinator and an SVU coordinator who contribute to structure and good discharge processes.
