We care for both acutely ill patients and patients in a more stable phase, aged 18 and above. This gives you the opportunity to deepen your expertise in various medical areas and strengthens your ability to handle advanced care situations.\n\nThe ward is organized into smaller teams, which means that together with a nursing assistant, you are responsible for the daily care of patients. Your role includes ward rounds, medication management, and various medical technical procedures. We have a large number of students on the ward, which makes mentoring a natural and important part of the work.\n\nYou will have the opportunity to share your knowledge while developing in your professional role. The position involves working according to a mixed schedule with day, evening, and night shifts, which provides variation and opportunities for flexibility.\n\nYour Knowledge and Competencies\nWe are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. It is advantageous if you have previous professional experience, but it is not a requirement.\n\nAs a person, you are positive and solution-oriented, have good interpersonal skills, and communicate well. For us, it is important that you are calm, thorough, and have good collaboration skills. You want varied and independent work where you continually develop in your professional role. You put the patient first and are good at taking initiative and responsibility for your own tasks as well as for the bigger picture.
