We are now seeking a registered nurse who wants to work broadly within primary care and be part of a team where patients are followed over time and where collaboration between professions is a natural part of everyday work.\n\nAbout You\nYou are a registered nurse with good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. You also have basic knowledge of Office 365.\nIt is advantageous if you have experience from primary care, telephone advice, or working with the medical record systems Cosmic or VAS. We also view experience with reception work or working with patients with chronic illnesses positively.\nWe are looking for someone who can work independently, make their own assessments, and prioritize between different tasks. You also need to be comfortable collaborating with other professions to provide patients with coordinated care.\n\nYour Work\nAs a nurse with us, you will work with:\nTelephone advice and medical assessments\nAcute and scheduled patient contacts\nReception work with your own booked patients\nSample collection, treatments, and follow-ups\nSupport and advice to patients and their relatives\nCollaboration with other professions at the health center and with external care providers when needed\n\nYou will be part of one of our three teams and participate regularly in team rounds.
