You daily distribute work tasks among nurses and nursing assistants and ensure that care work is carried out in a structured and patient-safe manner. You have active participation in daily psychiatric care and routines and you document in the Melior journal system.\n\nIn your role as a nurse, you are an important part of the operation and have a central role in psychiatric care. You work closely with patients and together with several different professions, which gives you the opportunity to use the full breadth of your nursing expertise. The work is engaging and varied and you become part of a multidisciplinary team consisting of nurses, care assistants, doctors, psychologists, occupational therapists, counselors, and medical secretaries, where teamwork and a holistic perspective are central.
