We are now seeking a nurse\/district nurse for the Visby team \u2013 could that be you?\nYour Responsibilities\nAs a district nurse\/nurse in the Home Health Care Department, you will perform planned and sometimes urgent interventions within your geographic area of responsibility. The work is independent and you plan your own days in dialogue with your colleagues. In addition to patient-centered work involving assessments, examinations, information, and advice, you have an important role in collaboration with nursing assistants, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists in your multiprofessional team, as well as with home care staff and physicians in primary care. The work also involves frequent contact with other external care providers and patient representatives.\nWorking hours are daytime with duty every fourth weekend.\nWho Are You?\nWe are looking for someone who is a licensed nurse with professional experience. A valid driver's license (Class B) is required. It is advantageous if you have specialist training.\nYou are confident in making independent decisions and assessments, prioritizing based on the situation, and experienced in working closely with others.
