We have specialist areas in psychiatry, palliative care, home rehabilitation, dementia, and disability services. This position is focused on residential care facilities.\nYou will meet patients of different ages and work closely with both primary care and hospital care to customize care services for each individual. With us, you have the opportunity to follow patients over time and contribute to continuity and security in municipal health and medical care. Our work is based on person-centered care, where patient participation, self-determination, and individual needs are in focus.\nAs a nurse, you make independent medical assessments and plan and implement treatments and interventions based on patient needs.
