Together you form an experienced team where you always have access to support and collegial exchange.\nYour role differs slightly depending on whether you work as a nurse in our assisted living facilities or in home healthcare. If you are placed to work in S\u00c4BO (assisted living), a typical night at work involves traveling between different assisted living facilities in \u00d6stersund municipality for planned interventions or tasks that arise based on need. As a nurse in the home healthcare area, you work evenings and nights with citizens connected to home healthcare, Storsj\u00f6gl\u00e4ntan and MiNT-teamet, as well as within a primary care assignment (1177 matters).
