The pace varies and the days are filled with meaningful human interactions. You are responsible for nursing care for a number of patients living in the municipality's special housing facilities for seniors. We work closely with relatives and staff to make a difference in the patient's daily life. You conduct regular visits to your patients to create continuity in interactions with patients and healthcare personnel. When necessary, you collaborate with paramedics or consult the patient's responsible physician.
