The program is divided into three blocks, each lasting approximately 6-8 months, where you will have the opportunity to work in different exciting areas such as medicine, surgery\/orthopedics, and smaller specialized clinics such as acute geriatrics, acute care unit, pediatric clinic, infectious diseases clinic, women's clinic, or oncology clinic. Between the different blocks, time is allocated for training days with lectures, discussions, reflection, and exchange.\n\nThe majority of your time will be spent in clinical work, where you will practically apply and develop your knowledge. The rest of the time is devoted to your professional development through training, the region's development programs, and group meetings with your colleagues in the program. Each new block begins with a thorough introduction where you will meet your supervisor at the clinic who will support you during the period.\n\nAs a trainee, you will also have the opportunity to observe some of our specialist services: ambulance, ICU, operating room, anesthesia, and emergency care.
