Welcome to the Infectious Diseases Department!\n\nWith us, you have the opportunity to investigate everything from tropical diseases to sepsis and wound care. Patients are of all ages with varying underlying conditions. What they all have in common is that they have or are suspected of having an infection that requires acute medical care.\n\nWe often perform advanced acute care, which means you become very broad in your professional knowledge and get the opportunity to use your entire range of competencies. Here you get a broad and solid foundation as a nurse, whether you are newly qualified or already have professional experience. We encourage competency development through continuous improvement work and your own responsibility to influence how the department operates.\n\nWe use a wish schedule that is then coordinated based on the department's needs.\n\n4 position(s).\n\nWORK TASKS\nIn the department, we work in teams with nurses, nursing assistants, and doctors in patient care.\nWe have a nursing team with high ambitions, a nursing assistant team with high competence, a stable and excellent doctor team, and a wonderful team atmosphere.\n\nThe Infectious Diseases Department has 17 care beds, of which 15 are single rooms with airlocks and isolation capability. Ten rooms also have access from an external corridor, if needed.\n\nThe position involves shift work covering days, evenings, and nights. A wish schedule for 10 weeks is created before each new schedule period. Your introduction at the workplace is adapted based on your experience, but typically at least 4 weeks of orientation is provided with a designated mentor.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nWe are looking for you who are a Licensed Nurse. You have a positive attitude and enjoy working in a team but also taking independent responsibility and initiative when needed. Vi uppmuntrar till kompetensutveckling genom st\u00e4ndigt f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttringsarbete och det egna ansvaret att vara med att p\u00e5verka hur verksamheten bedrivs.\r\n\r\nHos oss till\u00e4mpas \u00f6nskeschema som d\u00e4refter samordnas utifr\u00e5n verksamhetens behov.\r\n\r\n4 plats(er). 5\r\n\r\nARBETSUPPGIFTER\r\nP\u00e5 avdelningen arbetar vi i team med sjuksk\u00f6terskor, undersk\u00f6terskor och l\u00e4kare i patientn\u00e4ra v\u00e5rd. \r\nVi har en sjuksk\u00f6terskegrupp med h\u00f6ga ambitioner, en undersk\u00f6terskegrupp med h\u00f6g kompetens och en stabil och bra l\u00e4kargrupp och en h\u00e4rlig st\u00e4mning i arbetslaget.\r\n\r\nInfektionsavdelningen har 17 v\u00e5rdplatser varav 15 enkelrum med sluss och m\u00f6jlighet till isolering. Tio rum har \u00e4ven ing\u00e5ng fr\u00e5n loftg\u00e5ng utifr\u00e5n, om det behovet uppst\u00e5r.\r\n\r\nTj\u00e4nsten inneb\u00e4r rotationsarbete dag, kv\u00e4ll och natt. \u00d6nskeschema p\u00e5 10 veckor l\u00e4ggs inf\u00f6r varje ny schemaperiod.
